The difference between Dish & Anterior Star Convergence (ASC)

I am finding a possible contradictory confusion when I play back the tapes of class 10. Both procedures are spoken of increasing the
Breath of WAVEFORM ( 3D breath: Midline > < Horizon ), one involved in swelling and one with receding breath. I find this paradoxical because ASC helps bring home HELICAL (2D breath: alpha ><~>< omega). I do not see how ASC can be a procedure for over receding waveform breath, unless it can be a procedure in one hand at SC2 and SC3 in another. Usually the procedures in the map are geared for a specific procedure in a specific aspect of one of the SC’s. I can not think of any procedure that dances in both realms. There are procedures that bridge SC2 and SC3 together but none that I can think of that can easily claim to independently be a procedure in both SC’s.

It is interesting that Dish is a procedure in SC3 but is not one in SC2 as well. ( if I am mistaken please correct me)

I also find myself wondering if there are procedures undiscovered that can address the HELICAL breath if it is stuck in swelling or receding like we have for the WAVEFORM breath, because ASC is the only procedure we have that addresses breath at SC2. I find many times the HELICAL breath is as well stuck in one or the other. Is it possible that treating the WAVEFORM breath could treat the HELICAL breath. It would seem possible but WAVEFORM breath is down stream , but still possible.

Well that is the inquiry and I would love to learn more procedures if they ask for breath at the HELICAL SC2 if they exist. Thank You all for your time.

hey fd-
i am traveling and will get to you either when i get settled in portland, maine or after i get back to new york on sunday.  let us begin with the postulate that there is no paradox or contradiction. then what?  do not get confused and around alpha and omega and the anterior star conversion… notice that i do not mention them in the context of the ASC.  both procedures are based upon exaggeration.  more later.
do not confuse Breath glitches in SC2 and SC3!

not increasing Breath but actually establishing and synchronizing the integrity of Breath, as a balance of swelling and receding phases.  when we are dealing with impairments or dysfunctions of Creator’s Breath expressing itself in SC3.  stay with me and think very carefully here.
I can not think of any procedure that dances in both realms.
too bad because that’s exactly what it does!  is it that hard to grasp that when the consciousness of the system is working within SC2 that that’s exactly where it will work and only there, since the Being does not exist as far as any corrections anywhere downstream? so ASC applied within the SC2 universe is unique to the SC2 universe!

There are procedures that bridge SC2 and SC3 together but none that I can think of that can easily claim to independently be a procedure in both SC’s.
how about C/VJ?  or S/C or compressions to name a few?

It is interesting that Dish is a procedure in SC3 but is not one in SC2 as well. ( if I am mistaken please correct me)
there is no issue of swelling manifestation in SC2 or SC2!

Breath which is naturally swelling and receding as a pure function of Creator’s Breath is manifesting here only as the Breath between alpha and omega.  thinking about Dias in terms of SC2 violates the Laws of the SC2 universe, where by design swelling is perfectly synchronized to receding and needs no correction… ever!  please think carefully.

It would seem possible but WAVEFORM breath is down stream , but still possible.

i actually i have a hard time reading this sentence because it makes my head hurt.  your mind is so completely mixing apples and oranges; mixing up elements of Breath in SC2 and SC3 and not apparently sitting with it or a client on the table and working it out: read my comments on Breath in Elaine’s thread… and then come back to these comments.  first of there let’s trust that there are billions of undiscovered procedures, yet none that will be viable that violate or do not adhere to the specific Laws at work!

*think only about Creator’s Breath for a moment!  it only exists as pure swelling and pure receding… and continues to do so throughout all of the Sacred Count and at its level never requires any intervention on our part!  we only deal with the transmuted expression of the Breath wherever in the CS it is appearing or is in trouble.  what defines Breath manifesting in SC2 or SC3 is how it expresses the purity of the swelling and receding of Creator’s Breath in the helical SC2 universe… and only recognizes and Breathes itself (while Creator’s Breath is still swelling and receding pristinely).  the only procedures i have found useful in this world (assuming SC1 to be intact) are DERH, deconstructing alpha and omega and the helical elements, and then ASC (yes there is resusc too but i do not want to go there)... what is actually getting reset in ASC and based upon which intact resources?

*NOW, when Breath expresses itself downstream from SC2 into SCV3 what is it doing?  it is expressing swelling and receding of Creator’s Breath as many things (all creation)... but at the core of it all is the root transmutation of Creator’s Breath to the tidal swelling and receding suspended between Midline and Horizon!
the basic expression of these simple tidal elements of Creator’s Breath swelling and receding can become distorted through stress as the system thus separated from the integrity of Swelling and Receding of Creator’s Breath.  and here ASC has a different role, where it exaggerates receding phase (Breath into Midline), while the Dish exaggerates Swelling (Breath out from Midline)....

these are all that i have worked with in “managing” Breath for a very long time with a very large number of patients, extremely successfully.  try putting miles upon what you have been given and really making it your own, before succumbing to the mind’s insatiable addiction to more data.  really observe the exquisite dance of ASC and where in the Sacred Count it goes before crying “paradox and confusion” and looking for other procedures.  perhaps they will come to you when you have done this work and you are ready i am sure. but before then try really observing and learning Breath at the helical SC2 world.  there is a Universe within the Sacred Count!  observe it, learn from it, allow it to calm your mind(s) and Breath your cells, and make it your own first!

Well that is the inquiry and I would love to learn more procedures if they ask for breath at the HELICAL SC2 if they exist. Thank You all for your time.

I need to take some time digesting and dissecting my thoughts into coherence around this forum thread. It looks to me I was not as clear as I thought I was being when this was originally written.

So I will return with a poetic description of my relationship with Breath. this will be provide a context for our dialogue.
