Hi you all (I’m in Florida, that be south) So Link and I were in Steven’s office
and fortunate enough to get an arm Fulford review. In case anyone else had the same
misunderstanding as i did- when we have the arm overhead and bent with the dorsal
surface of the hand against the table (before the upward pull or snap) we are actually
drawing the upper arm away from the shoulder, not pressing it down toward the
wrist. The notes were not clear on this. Steven may be able to translate this to better AOC…

I just got on the forum- have not read it in 2 weeks- so I have a glitch in my understanding,
perception that came up after reading Steven’s article on patience and anterior star for breath.
I was following the algorithm: Midline equals alpha spark fully present, omega spark fully present
and the flow between full and rich in a two way flow. Then I will check for SC3 by observing coils.
The breath that you are talking about Steven I don’t consciously look for although I’m sure I
would sense it’s absence. You have talked about breath a lot, it alludes me, I figured I’d not focus
on it until I could perceive it better- obviously it can’t wait.
I believe you describe it as a horizontal breath. I would assume it can be full and strong or weaker.
As long as there is some breath, I would assume everything we do will make it stronger. Are you
talking about absolutely no breath, but sparks are fully present and there is a strong midline?
Somehow I would not think this is possible…. I’m obviously missing some big understanding.
Embarassingly yours, Elaine Koelmel

hi elaine-
yes, this could have been confused… anyone else confused in the fulford upper extremity?  if it is totally analogous to the lower extremity, then there must be a lengthening and a stretch to piezo-electrically pull the flow down the arm… hence the movement of the elbow away from the shoulder and body (remember the knee and thigh being pulled away from the pelvis in te lower extremity fulford)...  which is to make the point for why the outline i give you is intended as a rough guide, to be refined by your own notes… and despite all of their possible shortcomings, the recordings.  i will state that no matter how confusing the notes that it will be absolutely crystal clear as i demonstrate the procedure for you and record it onto the cd’s.  there is admittedly al ot of stuf in them and i will try to improve that this next class… however it is the definitive record of what we do when we are together in the Circle.

Now… regarding your second paragraph… when the alpha helix of “Breath” meets and embraces fully with the Omega helix of “Breath”... what happens?  well the whole structure this Midline of Consciousness… must exhibit function… it just can’t sit there and be inanimate… as it aligns with the tidal Breath of the Creator… so the fully formed Midline is Breathed… in a simple swelling… and then a simple receding.  remember “is there a Midline… and does it Breathe?!”  what does this mean?  what is it we listen for… to express itself into our hands?  if we need to we will discuss this further in march.  then why do we do the anterior star convergence?  what are the kinesthetic markers?  with what are we intervening?  and what happens-  what is the clinical goal.
oh, and by the way, do we not go from SC2 to coils to shape (etheric body) before we move into the anatomy?  don’t forget the etheric healing ceremony.  and we will soon see that there is another step in between SC2 and SC3 that is crucial.  (soon like in march)
embarrassingly yours,

That was an inspired response- I think I got it!
So if we have alpha and omega spark fully present and relating, but
no connection with that greater breath that swells and recedes, then
we go to Anterior Star convergence. Thank you!!!
Sometimes I forget to check shape -thank you for the reminder,
I usually wait for it to speak to me, but it could be significant to observe
it after coils.
Love and gratitude, Elaine
