I had the good fortune to have a 7 month old forceps delivery baby come to me. It seemed from looking at her that energy was not passing through her arms and trunk..she was low tone and not yet able to sit up on her own (which would be age appropriate). She also had a bulbous frontal bone and it looked like someone had squeezed her head near the sphenoid wings. I began at her feet. She had a midline but the breath did not feel full.  We did s/c, cvj and anterior star convergence, as well as midline work in her mouth (vomer) which may be part of coil? (Speaking of coils, I am interested in how you all perceive the coils, as I don’t think I get it yet and would find it useful to hear your experiences of coil). Anyway, the bulbous look changed and the indentations filled in. (I had my yoga teacher there as a witness, so I’m sure I’m not making it up). The baby also used her arms and trunk more energetically after the session. Thank you Altar of Creation….Amy

hola , precious amy-
nice work!  “arms"of the Upper Coils extend though the mouth (and face and throat), right (remember the nautilus in cross section?)?  we did the nasion to rabbit hole as part of that piece…!  perhaps try to replay the tape of whatever it was that drew you into the mouth, what was deficient, and what changed as you treated her…?  it is only through the putting on of miles with cases like this one, that these things (and a greater sense of Coils) become clear…at least that is my experience/ the way that i have been able to navigate this Path.  there is a unimaginable map lying at your feet awaiting you!  anyway, i woul dlove to hear what you else have to had about Coil stories.
